                         University of Hartford เรียกสั้น ๆ ว่า UHart หรือ U of H  เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 1957 ในเมือง West Hartford ใจกลางรัฐ Connecticut ซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกลจาก Boston และ New York City เปิดสอนหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโทมากกว่า 80 สาขาวิชาและมีสถาบันสอนภาษาในมหาวิทยาลัย (English Language Institute) นักเรียนจะได้ความเอาใจใส่จากอาจารย์และได้เรียนในมหาวิทยาลัยที่กว้างขวางและมีคุณภาพ

หลักสูตรภาษาที่เปิดสอน
เรียนภาษากับ English Language Institute (ELI)
English Language Institute (ELI) เป็นสถาบันของ UHart ที่ช่วยพัฒนาทักษะทางภาษาอังกฤษให้กับนักเรียนต่างชาติ โดยจะเรียนการอ่าน การพูด การเขียน อย่างเข้มข้น (22 ชั่วโมงต่อ 1 สัปดาห์) จะมี 3 ระดับตั้งแต่เบสิคไปจนถึงขั้นแอดวานซ์ นักเรียนสามารถใช้ทรัพยากรของมหาวิทยาลัยได้เหมือนนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเลยค่ะ นอกจากนี้ยังได้เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมแบบอเมริกันแท้ ๆ อีกด้วย

ELI Academic Program
จะเปิดแค่ช่วง Fall และ Spring เทอมละ 15 weeks เป็นหลักสูตรเรียนภาษาเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมเข้ามหาวิทยาลัยโดยเฉพาะ

ELI Cultural Activities
นักเรียนจะได้เรียนภาษาอังกฤษไปพร้อม ๆ กับการเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมอเมริกัน โดยจะพานักเรียนออกไปทำกิจกรรมจริง เช่น ปิกนิก บาร์บีคิว งานแสดงดนตรีและการแสดงละครของมหาวิทยาลัย ไปดูการแข่งกีฬา รวมไปถึงพาเที่ยว NYC และ Boston อีกด้วย

Special Programs
เป็นหลักสูตรที่โฟกัสในวิชาใดวิชาหนึ่งโดยเฉพาะ เช่น เน้นการพูดแบบ Native Speakers การเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ การพรีเซนต์ เป็นต้น
